Silesia Marathon

Silesia Marathon is the biggest running event in Silesia — and in 2026 it levels up into a three-day running festival with something for every kind of runner. Instead of a single race day, you get a full weekend of starts: Silesia 5K (Friday, 2 Oct), Silesia 10K (Saturday, 3 Oct), and on Sunday, 4 Oct the headline distances — Half Marathon (21 km), Marathon (42.195 km) and Ultramarathon (50 km). It’s the perfect setup if you’re coming with friends, mixing abilities in one trip, or choosing a distance that matches your current training block.

The signature moment is the finish inside the legendary Silesian Stadium (“Witches’ Cauldron”)—a true arena-style finale with big-race emotions. The event has strong roots: the marathon has been held since 2009, with the 50K ultra added in 2019.
