The PKO Białystok Półmaraton is eastern Poland’s biggest running weekend and a strong choice if you want a certified 21.097 km half marathon with a route suited to solid times. The race takes place on Sunday, 10 May 2026, on a PZLA-certified course, combining fast city streets with greener sections through central Białystok—easy to pace and a good setup for a PB attempt.

The weekend build-up is part of the appeal. Saturday starts with the free Breakfast Run (~4 km) for a relaxed shakeout and community atmosphere, followed by the PKO Nocny Bieg na 5—a 5 km night race through the city, ideal for first-timers or as a sharp tune-up before Sunday. There’s also the PKO Junior Run (ages 2–14), making it a true running festival for athletes and families.
