Vilniaus maratonas 2025

The Vilnius Marathon, taking place on September 14, 2025, is being held for the 22nd time. It is the largest running event in Lithuania, held every autumn in the capital, attracting professional runners and enthusiasts from across the country, as well as guests from abroad. Each year, the Vilnius Marathon gathers thousands of athletes for the marathon, half-marathon, 10 km, and 5 km races, as well as a children's run.

The first 1,200 registered participants in the "Marsiečiai" children's run will receive a FREE T-shirt (up to participant number 81167).

The first 1,500 registered participants in the Rimi Marathon distance will receive the official event T-shirt for free!

TIME AND PLACE OF THE EVENT
Start of the Marathon and Half Marathon – September 14th, 2025 at 8.30 a.m. at Cathedral square (Šventaragio street);
Start of 5k run – September 14th, 2025 at 2.30 p.m. at Cathedral square (Šventaragio street);
Start of 10k run – September 14th, 2025 at 4.00 p.m. at Cathedral square (Šventaragio street);
Start times of “Marsiečiai” children’s run – September 14th, 2025 from 12:00 p.m. at Cathedral square (Šventaragio street);

TIME LIMITS
Marathon – 5 hours 30 mins.
Half Marathon – 3 hours.
10k run – 1 hour 30 mins.
5k Run – 1 hour.
