Run into the New Year in Vilnius

Bėgimas į Naujus 2027 is a year-end community run in Vilnius (Vingio Parkas) on December 27, 2026 — designed as an active farewell to 2026 and a symbolic “start” toward 2027. The focus is on running together (families, friends, teams) rather than chasing seconds, with a festive atmosphere, shared energy, and a clear finish-line reward: commemorative medals for all participants.

The event offers four on-site running distances (25 km, 10 km, 5 km, 600 m) and includes Nordic walking options (5 km, 10 km, 25 km) that start together with the runners and are listed in the same results protocol. A single 4-hour time limit applies to all distances. After the kids run, additional nominations are awarded (e.g., biggest team, most colorful team, best costume), keeping the day strongly community-oriented. A virtual run option is also available for 5 km / 10 km / 25 km, completed between Dec 25–31.
