Run to commemorate Lithuanian Soldiers' Day in Tauragė - LBT Stage XVII

16 November 2025 A traditional running event to commemorate Lithuanian Soldiers' Day will take place in Tauragė, in Tauras Adventure Park. It is one of the stages of the Lithuanian Running Cup, bringing together participants of all ages - from children to seniors - for a common sporting activity and civic initiative. The aim of the event is to promote physical activity, popularise running and develop respect for the Lithuanian Armed Forces.

Participants will run on courses ranging in length from 600 m to 12 km, divided by age group. The organisers - Tauragė Sports Centre, the Running Club, representatives of the Armed Forces and Taurų Park - will take care not only of the smooth implementation of the event, but also of the military porridge and warm tea after the finish.

The event is open to everyone, pre-registration is online.
