Ventspils Half Marathon

VENTSPILS HALF MARATHON 2026 will celebrate its 15th anniversary on June 7, transforming Ventspils into the running capital for one day. The start and finish will be at the Latvija Concert Hall and the fountains, with a special finish line on Lielais Square (the last ~150 m), but a festive atmosphere with activities throughout the day is expected on the track and in the event area. Choose your distance: 21.097 km half marathon, 10.55 km, 5 km, as well as the "Two in a Half Marathon" relay (mixed team: one man + one woman, 10.55 km each). For the little ones – children's races with free participation (limited number of places).

This year there are also special bonuses for registration: from January 9 to 11 (until 23:59), when registering with the code VENT30, you can get a 30% discount on the selected distance. In addition, the first 100 participants to register for the half marathon will receive a MIZUNO running shirt. Half marathon runners will also have the opportunity to participate in a lottery in cooperation with "Sporta Punkts" – a chance to win free participation in the Amsterdam Marathon (October 18) and MIZUNO running shoes (2 pairs), as well as other prizes and surprises.
