LBT Stage XIII - Green Lakes Run

6 July 2025 The 36th traditional run "Around the Green Lakes" will take place in Vilnius to commemorate the State Day and the 615th anniversary of the Žalgiris Battle. It is the 13th stage of the Lithuanian Running Cup, bringing together both experienced athletes and amateurs.

The main distance of the event is 11.7 km, and the start is scheduled at the beach of Balsis Lake at 11:00. Participants will compete in different age groups and the fastest will be awarded medals, trophies and prizes.

The event is organised by Vilnius DSKS Žalgiris, in cooperation with Running Cup and the Lithuanian Sports Association Žalgiris. Participant registration takes place in advance and on the day of the event, different entry fees apply.

This event not only promotes physical activity, but also the remembrance of historical dates and sporting traditions.
