Join us at Lida Friluftsgård, one of Stockholm’s most scenic recreational areas, for an unforgettable obstacle course racing weekend. Surrounded by forests, rolling hills, and a shimmering lake, this course is designed to push limits, build teamwork, and deliver pure adventure.

Main Race – 8 km

The full Toughest experience. Around 8 km of varied terrain and 30–40 obstacles that demand strength, endurance, and determination. Featuring our iconic obstacles, technical Fast Lanes for those who want an extra challenge, and penalty rounds as a way around the toughest elements. Perfect for friends, teams, companies, and elite racers alike.

Xplore – 4 km

A lighter, no-pressure version of the main course. 4 km of obstacles carefully selected for all abilities. Run, walk, or crawl at your own pace with unlimited retries and no time tracking. Ideal for beginners or anyone who simply wants to enjoy the thrill of OCR without competition.

Family – 2 km

OCR fun for all ages! Bring your children and share the adventure on a 2 km course with obstacles adapted for safety and enjoyment. No timing, no pressure – just quality time, laughter, and memories to last.

Double Distance – 16 km

For those who just can’t get enough: complete two laps of the main race for the ultimate test of stamina and pride. Includes an exclusive vest and OCR WC qualification option.
