The course runs through Slottsskogen, mixing green park trails, rolling terrain, and classic city atmosphere with a series of demanding obstacles that test your stamina, strength, grip, and mental grit.\r\n\r\nExpect around 8 km and approximately 27 obstacles, including water sections, strength-based challenges, and technical elements that keep the race dynamic from start to finish. The vibe is energetic and welcoming: experienced OCR athletes come for the intensity, while first-timers show up to push their limits and leave with a real sense of achievement.\r\n\r\nWhat to know before you race\r\n\r\n- Cold water is part of the challenge: water is usually around 7–8°C, and ice tanks can be close to 0°C. Bring warm, dry clothes to change into immediately after the finish.\r\n\r\n- Registration is online: you can race solo or as a team, and choose a start time when available (spaces are limited, so booking early helps).\r\n\r\n- Proper shoes required: wear suitable training/running shoes.
