★ Main Race – 8 km (Sep 5, 2026)

Run the full 8 km course packed with 30–40 obstacles of all sizes and difficulty levels. Test your limits on varied terrain, conquer iconic obstacles, and face the ultimate finish: climbing the legendary Holmenkollen ski slope. Choose between standard lanes, technical Fast Lanes for extra challenge, or penalty rounds if you want a way around. Perfect for friends, teams, and athletes ready for the complete OCR experience.

★ Xplore – 4 km (Sep 6, 2026)

OCR at your own pace. The 4 km Xplore course is a lighter version of the main race, featuring obstacles carefully selected for accessibility and fun. With no timing, no pressure, and unlimited retries, it’s the ideal choice for beginners, casual runners, or groups looking for adventure together.

★ Family – 2 km (Sep 6, 2026)

Share the excitement with your kids on the 2 km Family course. Obstacles are adapted in size and difficulty so that even the youngest can take part safely. Families and friends can enjoy OCR in a fun and supportive atmosphere, with the legendary ski slope as a breathtaking backdrop.

★ Double Distance – 16 km

For those who want more, sign up for Double Distance in the Main Race and complete two laps of the course – 16 km of OCR action. Includes an exclusive vest and OCR WC qualification.
