Valmiera City Tactics Stirrup buck

This year, on 13 September, participants of the Stirnu Buka are invited to run through the Valmiera City Trail - a special section, the centre of which will be located at the St. Simon's Church. The routes will take you through the charm of the Gaujmala river and the city's historic trails, allowing you to experience the special character of Valmiera.

As Valmiera patriot and trail master Artis Ločmelis says: "The Gauja is the key to Valmiera at all times and in all seasons. You can't be a patriot of the city if you don't have the Gauja in your heart."
