10th Polish Run in Tarchały

X Polska Biega w Tarchałach - Running Festival for Small and Big!

On July 5, 2025, we invite you to the anniversary edition of Polska Biega in Tarchaly, which will bring together runners of all ages for the tenth time. The program will include runs for children and teenagers (from 2020 and younger up to 2009), a family Nordic Walking race, and main runs at distances of 5 km and 10 km with PZLA certification. All children's runs are free of charge and aim to promote movement and the joy of participation - without competition in the youngest.

For adult participants there will be prizes in age classifications, and the winner of the main run can win as much as PLN 2000! Places are limited - only online registration until July 2, 2025 applies.

The start and finish line are located in Tarchaly Wielkie, and the organizers will provide a sporty atmosphere, commemorative medals, recovery meals and water for each participant.
