Pervolia Run 2026 – Cyprus
On Sunday, January 25, 2026, runners from across Cyprus and beyond will gather on the island’s southeastern coast for the Pervolia Run — a road race that blends competitive spirit with cultural charm.
The event offers five carefully measured distances, making it suitable for every level of runner:
Marathon (42 km) – start 07:30
Half Marathon (21.1 km) – start 08:00
10 km competitive race – start 08:05
5 km fun run – start 08:10
1 km Family Dash & 600 m Children’s Sprint – from 09:30
The course begins at Larnaca’s Demokratias Square and finishes in the heart of traditional Pervolia village, creating a unique journey that showcases both athletic achievement and Cyprus’ local heritage. Along the way, runners experience coastal scenery, authentic village life, and warm community support.
Organised under the auspices of the Cyprus Athletics Federation, the Pervolia Run ensures professional race standards with electronic timing for competitive distances, multiple age-group classifications, and trophies for the top three finishers in every category. BIB collection takes place in Pervolia Square on race day.
More than just a race, the Pervolia Run is an opportunity to challenge yourself, enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere, and discover one of Cyprus’ most welcoming villages. Whether you’re an elite marathoner, a weekend runner, or a family looking for an active day out, this event has something for you.
