Lahti Spartan Weekend & Para World Championship 2026 is a true Nordic Trifecta experience—fast, raw, and scenic—set at the Lahti Sports Centre on 22–23 August 2026. You’ll race through Finland’s trademark terrain: quiet forests, rugged trails, and the rolling contours of the Salpausselkä Ridge inside the Salpausselkä UNESCO Global Geopark, where glacial landscapes shape every climb, turn, and footing challenge.

What makes Lahti special is the weekend’s mix of big Spartan energy and a world-class competitive centerpiece. Alongside the open races, Lahti hosts the 2026 Para World Championship, bringing adaptive athletes from around the globe to battle for titles on the same demanding course environment. That combination creates a rare atmosphere—festival-like in the venue, but serious on the course.

For racers, it’s clean and simple: choose one distance or go all-in on the Trifecta Weekend:

• Sprint 5K (20 obstacles) — sharp, fast, and intense

• Super 10K (25 obstacles) — the weekend’s rhythm test and a Para Champs highlight

• Beast 21K (30 obstacles) — long, gritty, and mentally demanding
