Nordic Twenty Days 2025 - Kapa

Northern Days is a two-day middle distance orienteering competition, which will take place in the unique seaside surroundings of the Adazi region. The race is part of the Latvian Cup and attracts both experienced athletes and beginners.

Race groups:
MW - 8, 10 (marked distance),
MW - 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 21E, 21A, 21B, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85
EASY - technically easy distance for beginners (approx. 2km long)
OPEN1 - technically difficult distance (approx. 3km long)
OPEN2 - technically difficult distance (approx. 5km long)

For all groups except MW 8,10, EASY and OPEN start time according to start draw.

MW 8, 10, EASY and OPEN groups can start at their preferred time: on Day 1 from 12:00 to 14:00, on Day 2 from 10:00 to 12:30.
EASY and OPEN groups will start at the time of your choice: Day 1 from 12:00 to 13:30, Day 2 from 10:00 to 11:30.
MW8 and 10 groups start within 200 m from the race centre.
