Kapa 3 day orienteering

Kāpa 3-Days 2026 takes place from 3 to 5 July 2026 in Tartaks, Krāslava Municipality, Latvia. As one of the longest-running and most recognizable orienteering events in the Baltic region, it brings together participants of different ages and experience levels for three days of competition in natural terrain. The event includes three stages of Foot Orienteering, allowing participants to compete across multiple days while experiencing different course styles and navigation challenges. The programme also features Trail Orienteering and a mixed sprint relay, giving both experienced orienteers and newcomers several ways to take part. Kāpa 3-Days is suitable for competitive athletes aiming for strong results, as well as families, junior participants and recreational orienteers looking for a structured multi-day event. With courses available for different age groups and abilities, the event offers opportunities for both experienced navigators and those who are still developing their orienteering skills. The 2026 edition will be held in the forests and natural landscapes of the Krāslava region in southeastern Latvia, providing participants with three days of navigation-focused racing, outdoor activity and competition alongside the wider Baltic orienteering community.
