Spartan - Trifecta Krvavec

Spartan Trifecta Krvavec 2026 is a full weekend of Spartan racing in the mountains of Slovenia, bringing together the three core formats in one place. Krvavec is known for being exceptionally easy to reach — about 15 minutes from Ljubljana Airport and around 30 minutes from Ljubljana — which makes it a strong pick for international racers.

This is also one of the early-season Trifecta Weekends, ideal if you want to start your Spartan year with momentum. Expect a course set against wide alpine panoramas, with the main goal simple: choose one race, or commit to all three and earn your Trifecta weekend the hard way — step by step, obstacle by obstacle.

• Beast 21K • 30 obstacles (May 16, Sat)

The Beast is the weekend’s main endurance test — longer distance, more obstacles, and the kind of race where pacing matters as much as strength. If you want the biggest challenge at Krvavec, this is it: a full effort that rewards patience early and grit late.

• Sprint 5K • 20 obstacles (May 16–17)

The Sprint is the fast, high-energy format — ideal for first-time Spartans, runners who like to push tempo, or anyone adding mileage without going all-in on a long day. Shorter doesn’t mean easy: it’s still 20 obstacles, but built for speed and a strong finish.

• Super 10K • 25 obstacles (May 17, Sun)

The Super is the “just right” middle distance: longer than the Sprint, still manageable, and perfect for athletes who want a real test without the full Beast load. With 25 obstacles, it’s a solid mix of endurance and obstacle consistency — great for measuring where you are early in the season.

• Kids Race 1–3K • 10–20 obstacles (May 16, Sat)

The Kids Race brings the Spartan vibe to younger athletes with shorter courses and age-based distances. It’s playful, safe, and confidence-building — a chance to try obstacles, get moving, and cross a real finish line with a big sense of achievement.
