On November 8, 2025, Spartan athletes from across Central Europe will gather in Sovata for the final race of the season — a celebration of endurance, nature, and community spirit in one of Romania’s most picturesque regions.

Set near the iconic Lacul Ursu — the largest heliothermal lake in the world and a natural marvel known as the “Dead Sea of Europe” — this event offers multiple race formats:
• Sprint (5K) and Super (10K) with signature obstacles,
• A Trail 10K for mountain runners seeking a pure trail experience,
• And a Kids Race, offering young Spartans the chance to join the action.

Racers will navigate stunning forest trails, mountain paths, and the protected areas around Bear Lake, all while enjoying the warm hospitality and healing atmosphere Sovata is known for. The event promises not only physical challenge but also scenic beauty and a sense of peace — a rare blend that makes Sovata a perfect season finale.
