Katorznik Run - Hostage Escape 2025

"Escape of Hostages 2025" and "Katorżnik Run" - extreme challenges in the heart of Silesia

On August 1-2, 2025, the Lubliniec area will turn into the terrain of an extraordinary event that combines elements of sports, survival and military training. The Association of Special Forces Soldiers "United to Win" is organizing the next edition of the off-road game "Escape of Hostages" and the cult "Katorznik's Run".

"Escape of Hostages" is an intense off-road game for 2-person teams, modeled on the realities of Special Forces training. Participants face extreme conditions, performing tasks in terrain including swamps, drainage ditches, quagmires and other natural obstacles.

The culmination of the event is the "Katorżnik Run" - a brutal 10-kilometer run through mud, water and unpredictable terrain, whose route remains a mystery until the last minute.

The main purpose of the event is to integrate the military community with society, promote physical culture and popularize effort, discipline and perseverance. The whole event is held under the supervision of experienced organizers, with safety rules and mandatory NNW insurance for all participants.
