Arm Race Kamień

Arm Race Kamień is a one-day obstacle race festival in Gmina Ceków-Kolonia (Wielkopolskie), staged at the KS Kamień sports field. It’s a tough, off-road OCR built around natural terrain + man-made obstacles that test grip, strength, coordination, and smart pacing.

You can choose the format that matches your goal:

AR PRO (5K / 10K) for competitive racing with stricter rules and a results focus.

AR OPEN (5K / 10K) for a timed challenge where teamwork can matter—athletes may help each other on some obstacles (Rulebook defines which).

AR FUN 5K for a more accessible experience: you only need to complete a minimum number of obstacles, with no ranking and no official timing.

It’s also family-friendly: kids can race Pomarańczowy Wojownik (a shorter obstacle course), and families can jump into Dzika Rodzinka, a fun obstacle track with continuous starts. Overall, Kamień is designed as an OCR day where beginners, teams, and serious competitors all share the same event village—just on different courses and rules.
