Extreme Łączany

Ekstremalne Łączany is a local, no-nonsense OCR (Obstacle Course Racing) event held in Łączany (Gmina Namysłów), built for runners who want mud, speed, and real obstacle work—not a “fun run.” You can choose 2 km or 4 km, both on a mixed route that starts and finishes at the sports field and runs across the field area and nearby farmland.

Each course is packed with obstacles:

2 km: at least 15 obstacles

4 km: at least 30 obstacles

The rules keep it honest: you must attempt every obstacle. If you fail, you pay with 15 penalty squats, then continue. Results are based on chip timing, and starts are run in small waves (pairs or small groups) with short time gaps—so the race feels like a continuous challenge rather than one massive стартовый коридор.

It’s open to athletes 16+, with a 90-minute time limit counted from your own start. Expect a straightforward race-day setup: bib pickup on site, medical support, and a hot meal + drinks at the finish.
