Bieg Herosa 2025

The Run of Heroes is an extreme running event held in the Bledowska Desert, offering a variety of formulas for adults, children and activity lovers with dogs. Participants face sand, heat and challenging obstacles, testing their strength, endurance and determination.

The event includes:

Foxes of the Desert - the toughest obstacle run for true Heroes;

Mirages - a classic off-road run on a 100% sandy trail (5-10 km);

Young Heroes - an obstacle run for children (100-800m);

Nordic - Nordic walking on sand, without asphalt or forest paths;

Nomad - desert ultra, or 5km loops for time (3 or 9 hours);

Run with the Dog - a 5 km joint run with a four-legged friend, with water points and the possibility of swimming in the river.

Each participant receives a medal at the finish line, and the event is organized in May, August and November.
