Arm Race – OCR100 Warsaw 2025

ARM RACE WARSAW OCR100 - a challenge for body and character!
On October 25, 2025, Warsaw will host a spectacular sports event - ARM RACE OCR100. This is a dynamic competition on a 100-meter obstacle course, in which not only speed, but also technique, precision and strength count.

Participants will face the prepared constructions in individual competition in age categories: YOUTH (10-15 years), JUNIOR (16-19 years), OPEN (20-39 years) and MASTERS (40+). For those who want to try their hand at it without the pressure of competition, there will be a recreational category of LOW FLIGHT.

Each competitor will have two attempts to complete the track in the shortest possible time, while adhering to the rules of sportsmanship. The key will be to overcome the obstacles independently and correctly, and to follow the rules and regulations, which guarantee safety and fair rules of competition.

The event will begin at 8:00 a.m. with the opening of the competition office, and the start of the run is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. The final runs will determine the best competitors of the day in each category.

This OCR sports fest will be an excellent opportunity to test your abilities, break your own limits and feel the true spirit of competition.
