Brave Race - Liepāja

The Courage Run – Liepāja is a popular adventure and endurance race held outdoors that brings together both experienced athletes and beginners. The event will take place on September 19, 2026, in the Liepāja beach area and Jūrmala Park, with the start and finish lines planned at the “Daugava” Stadium in Liepāja.

Participants will have two distances to choose from: 5+ km with 20+ obstacles and 10+ km with 40+ obstacles. The courses will wind through the beach’s sandy strip, the sea, the park grounds, and other nearby areas, creating a diverse and physically challenging running experience. The courses will feature both natural and man-made obstacles, including wooden walls, rope nets, mud pits, ditches, water obstacles, as well as various strength and endurance challenges.

Participants can compete either individually or in teams. In the team category, a team consists of 4 members, and the course must be completed together as a full team. The team’s finish time is considered to be the finish time of the last team member. Men’s, women’s, and team categories are evaluated in each course.

The Courage Run – Liepāja is an event for those who want to test their physical and mental endurance, step out of their comfort zone, and at the same time enjoy Liepāja’s seaside environment. It combines sports, adventure, and a sense of community into one challenging and exciting day.
