Icebug Tough Man Run

The 2026 Icebug Kõva Mehe / Tiimi Jooksud is a traditional obstacle running weekend held at Saunapunkt, just outside Tallinn. Taking place on 22–23 May 2026, the event brings together two formats: the Kõva Tiimi Jooks for 3-person teams on Friday and the Icebug Kõva Mehe Jooks individual race on Saturday.

Both races are designed for runners who enjoy mud, water, forest trails and challenging obstacles. The courses include natural and man-made elements such as river crossings, mud sections, hay bale climbs, crawling zones and other demanding trail obstacles. The team race covers approximately 2.5 km, while the main individual race is the classic Kõva Mehe challenge, known for its tough terrain and adventurous atmosphere.

Participants receive official race materials, timing, finisher rewards, on-course drinks, medical support and access to washing facilities after the race. The event also features an EXPO area, luggage storage, changing rooms and bike parking at the race centre. Organized by MTÜ Stamina Spordiklubi together with Saunapunkt, this is one of Estonia’s well-known obstacle running events for those ready to test endurance, teamwork and grit.
