Trail Kuršių Nerija (#TKN) is an unreal views with lots of sand trail run adventure not to be skipped!
The landscape of the Curonian Spit is wild, free and beautiful. While running in UNESCO protected areas will give you a feeling of true freedom as much as it will display how tiny we are in comparison to all the wild nature around.
And you will appear from the highest dunes and then you will have to stop for a moment, breathe fresh air and enjoy the beauty of the nature.
All of those wild and wide beaches, soft sand dunes will be a true test to your legs, while the dark, and chilly forest will be very real shelter for strong winds.
