XXII Kurzeme Spring Day

Kurzeme Spring Day 2025 is a two-day orienteering competition that will take place on 5-6 April 2025 in Ķūķciems, Rudupe area, Kuldīga municipality. The event includes middle and long distance races for different age and skill groups, as well as a World Ranking Event (WRE) for elite groups.

In addition, the Kurzeme Spring Sprint - the first stage of the Latvian Sprint Cup will be organised in Kuldīga on the evening of 5 April (the sprint is not included in the overall ranking).

The race terrain is characterised by a micro-relief with mixed forests, a network of stigmas and various marshy areas. The race map is prepared according to the ISOM 2017-2 specification.

The race is open to different groups - from children and amateurs to experienced orienteers. Distances are adapted to different levels, ranging from 2 km to 14 km in the elite groups.
