Warszawa WorkOut Tour

Spartan WorkOut Tour Warszawa 2026 is a free, beginner-friendly Spartan training session created for anyone who wants to try obstacle running in a safe, supportive environment — whether you’re preparing for your first Spartan race or just want an active day with the Spartan community.

The workout takes place on February 21, 2026 in Warsaw at the Obstacle Center, using both the club facilities and outdoor space. You’ll train through a mix of running segments and strength stations, and you’ll get a real taste of what Spartan obstacles and race-day effort feel like — without the pressure of a full competition. The session is led by qualified trainers, and exercises are adapted to different fitness levels, so you can join even if you’re not “race-ready” yet.

1) What participants get:

2) Capacity + registration

- Places are limited to 75 participants, so it’s worth registering early. In the morning you’ll check in, get your shirt, and be assigned to a start group.

- Comfortable sportswear you can move in (layer up if it’s cold)

- Gloves are optional, but can help on obstacles
