ARM RACE SELECTION is a 24-hour Obstacle Course Race (OCR) endurance race, which will take place on July 26-27, 2025 in Zdunska Wola. The event is organized by the Rajsport Active Association. The event is aimed at adults who want to test their physical and mental abilities by repeatedly completing a 5km loop with 13 obstacles in 12 or 24 hours. The race is divided into two categories - ELITE (mandatory completion of all obstacles) and OPEN (choice - obstacle or penalty). ARM RACE SELECTION is not only an athletic challenge, but also an event that promotes a healthy lifestyle, integration and character formation.
