Day 1 (Sat, 11 Apr 2026) — ARM Race Jedlina-Zdrój: a traditional off-road OCR with natural terrain plus technical/strength obstacles. You can choose your intensity: AR PRO for competitive athletes (strict rules, no outside help), AR OPEN for racers who want a timed challenge with a bit more flexibility, and AR FUN 5K for a relaxed run where you only need to complete a minimum number of obstacles and there’s no ranking. The day is also family-friendly, with kids races like Pomarańczowy Wojownik and the continuous-start family course Dzika Rodzinka, so the venue feels like a festival, not just a single start.

Day 2 (Sun, 12 Apr 2026) — ARM Race Selekcja 8H: a different beast. This is an 8-hour endurance OCR where the winner isn’t the fastest on one lap — it’s the athlete who completes the most full 5 km loops within the time limit. Each loop includes 13 obstacles, and penalties can cost you distance. It’s built for durability, smart pacing, and efficient obstacle execution over hours. You can race in PRO, OPEN, or the special Żołnierz category (OPEN format + laser pistol shooting after every lap).

Together, these two days give you a clean choice: race hard for time on Saturday, then test your endurance and strategy on Sunday — or treat it as a full weekend challenge in the mountains/forest setting of Jedlina-Zdrój.
